Toll Free Fax Number

I've been using your service for a while and I am very happy with it.
I realized that I can use a toll free number for my new business. I have couple of question.
- Can I request a specific toll free number?
- Is there any additional cost for requesting specific toll free number?
- Can I keep the number if I have to leave your company?
- Can I receive faxes from outside the U.S. and Canada?
- Are these all offered fax toll free plans - http://www.unityfax.com/?o=plans?
- Are there any plans for increasing the cost in the nearest future?

Hi, thank you for the good question.

1. Yes, you can request a specific toll free number, also known as a vanity number. You can also request specific local numbers as well.

2. If you are looking for a toll free number with a certain series of digits, we may already have numbers in our system that match, and if we do, there are no additional fees to take these numbers. This also goes for our local numbers. If however, it is not a number we currently have, there may be additional fees to obtain the specific number(s) that you are looking for.

3. Your number is your number. If you decide to leave you can surely take it with you, but we hope you decide to stay!

4. Currently our toll free numbers are only accessible within the United States, it's territories and Canada. You do, however, also receive a local number with your toll free number, which can be accessed from any country, all over the world. It is really a 2 for 1 deal.

5. Yes, all of our plans can be viewed from our plans page. We are willing to design customer plans for very heavy users. If you think you need something custom that we currently do not offer, please contact our support group.

6. Our prices haven't changed since 2005, and although it is possible, we do not foresee any increases at this time.
