I received my fax but part of the page is missing?

Even with conventional fax machines, it is not uncommon for a transmission to fail from time to time. This can be due to multiple reasons, including problems with the local fax system, remote fax system, a condition with the phone line or that someone has manually interrupted the transfer.

This should be a rare occurence and is usually solved by re-transmission. If however, this is happening frequently, please contact our support department and we will help you troubleshoot.
